1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sensio mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sensio ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the App.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The App offers subscription services with the following terms:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial period
  • Subscription Plans: After the trial, you will be charged:
    • Monthly plan: $7.99 per month
    • Yearly plan: $59.99 per year ($4.99 per month)
  • Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Payment: All payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store
  • No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the App until the end of your current billing period.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by Sensio is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this App.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sensio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
